TRANSFER FLOW INTRODUCES 50-GALLON REFUELING TANK

TRANSFER FLOW INTRODUCES 50-GALLON REFUELING TANK FOR DOMESTIC AND IMPORTED FULL-SIZE TRUCKS

Safely transport gasoline, diesel, ethanol, methanol or kerosene with Transfer Flow’s new 50-gallon Refueling Tank. Designed for both domestic and imported full-size pick-ups, this tank carries a Special Permit number from the Department of Transportation, allowing it to legally transport volatile fuels. The 50-gallon Refueling Tank is made from 12-gauge aluminized steel for superior strength and corrosion resistance, and is baffled on all four sides to reduce fuel “sloshing”. The notched design, meanwhile, allows the refueling pump to sit below tank height for a clean, compact appearance. The 50-gallon Refueling Tank includes mounting hardware, fuel cap and a rollover valve; an optional 12-volt refueling pump, meter, fuel filter and locking cap are also available. Transfer Flow also manufactures refueling tanks in 82, 100 and 109-gallon sizes, and Toolbox and Refueling Tank Combos in 30 and 50-gallon configurations. Transfer Flow, Inc. (800) 442 0056;

MBRP STAINLESS GOES BIGGER

MBRP 5 Inch Stainless Exhaust

Huntsville, ON (Jul 14, 2009): MBRP Inc. has now released its long awaited 5" stainless performance exhaust systems for Chevy/GMC, Ford and Dodge diesel pick-up trucks. Crafted from sixteen gauge T409 stainless steel these monster sized pipes deliver a deep and distinctive exhaust note and reduced EGTs. Of course, as part of MBRP's XP Series their rugged durability is backed by MBRP's Lifetime Warranty. These 5" stainless systems are available in Turbo Back, Cat Back and Filter Back configurations.

Enthusiasts have long enjoyed MBRP's five inch aluminized performance exhaust systems. The attraction of these big 5" pipes is more than just appearance or sound, though both are bound to impress. With more diesel owners coaxing more power out of their engines, exhaust gas temperatures can become dangerously high. Stacked programmers, modules, downloaders and an array of engine powered accessories all combine to boost operating temperatures. Add to that the extreme demands being made on today's diesel pick-up from hauling massive RVs over the Rockies to moving construction equipment to drag racing, the result is that temperatures can climb fast.

With a 25% increase in exhaust flow, operating temperatures are kept in check, components continue to work smoothly and the job gets done. Also, by quickly removing more hot exhaust out, air intakes are able to push more clean cool air in. MBRP has used some of the most sophisticated dynamometer technology available to make sure that these 5" systems deliver the most power and the most performance possible.

But what sets these systems apart is not just the pipe diameter. Unlike many other systems marketed as five inch exhausts, MBRP has designed their systems to open up to a five inch diameter as quickly out of the turbo as possible. And while some systems squeeze back down to four inch or smaller at the muffler, MBRP's five inch exhaust systems have a five inch diameter right through to the tip.

MBRP's 5" systems are all designed to be bolt on easy and require only common hand tools to install.

Recommended for diesel trucks equipped to produce 550 HP or greater, by providing diesel enthusiasts 5" systems in sixteen gauge T409 stainless steel, owners can expect their MBRP performance exhaust to last as long as their truck. Backed by MBRP's Lifetime Warranty these systems are as rugged as the trails they are designed to ride.
